What it is
Broker List® is a feature on Listed that helps agents market their Exclusive and Coming Soon listings in a compliant manner.
How it works
Client 'interest' is triggered by Saved Searches that match off-market supply with their needs and wants. 'Matched interest' is communicated to the Listing agent, who sends a direct, one-to-one communication to the Cooperating agent through Listed. Agents are notified instantly through push notifications about relevant inventory changes.

Listed is an essential, core business intelligence tool for repeat and referral agents to attract and retain business.

Listed has available, sold and off market inventory from across Canada and can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

Why is it called 'Broker List®'?
Named 'Broker List' for its feed origination at the brokerage level, agents filter between two 'Feed types', MLS® and Broker List® which includes Exclusive and Coming Soon listings uploaded by the agent or their admin.
How to be notified about Exclusives and Coming Soon listings
Create a Saved Search
To be notified about Exclusive and Coming Soon listings agents (and their clients) create saved searches so the system can match what they want with available, relevant supply.
The Listing agent is notified of matched interest
Direct, one-to-one listing notification
When saved searches for "Broker List®" (Exclusive and Coming Soon) listings are matched, the listing agent is notified of "matched interest" and prompted to send their listing in a direct, one-to-one communication to the Co-operating agent.
Send your listing to agents
Demand matching algorithm
Listing agents are notified when demand for their listing is matched to their listing. They can easily send it in a direct, one-to-one communication through Listed by simply tapping "send" next to the name of the suggested agent.
Clients and Publicly Available Coming Soon Listings
Clients with Saved Searches that match a Coming Soon listing that is within its three day, public marketing period will receive a notification alerting them that they have a new listing match.
These Saved Searches appear the same but one agents sees five off-market listings and the other sees none.
The Policy requires a solution with a sophisticated set of direct relationships based on access and findability. It goes well beyond what chat groups or social media platform can offer.
What is Matched Interest on Broker List® listings?
Clients and agents with Saved Searches that match an off-market listing will trigger "matched interest". A notification is sent to the Listing agent who is prompted to send their listing to the co-operating agent (of the client with "matched interest") or to contact the consumer if it's the listing agent's own client.
