Open Listed
Follow the yellow tabs from left to right to see if you have the 'Create listing' indicator. If you see this you are ready to add your first Exclusive or Coming Soon listing!

Direct, one-to-one listing notification
When saved searches for "Broker List®" (Exclusive and Coming Soon) listings are matched, the listing agent is notified of "matched interest" and prompted to send their listing in a direct, one-to-one communication to the Co-operating agent.

How long does it take to get access to Broker List?

Timing and Prioritization

Agents with access tap 'Create listing' to add their first Exclusive or Coming Soon listing. Agents without access can 'Sign up' and await account activation.
